FALAFEL BROTHERS is a vegan restaurant that is taking Tokyo by storm. In 2017, the first store opened in Roppongi, Tokyo. As a vegan restaurant, which is still rare in Japan, it has gained popularity among young people.
A new food culture that is delicious, fun, and healthy has taken root, and we currently have four stores in Tokyo.

WHAT IS FALAFEL?
Falafel has been a well known fast food long before the advent of
hamburgers, pizzas, and french fries—dating back thousands of years.
It is made from chickpeas that have been soaked in water, mashed,
mixed with various herbs, and then deep-fried in oil.
Popular not only across the Middle East, falafel has also gained
popularity in places like New York and Paris as a healthy fast food option.
